What Card Radar does

Card Radar is a personal tool. It watches official Instagram hashtag search results for Japanese trading-card posts, sends a Slack notification when a matching caption appears, and drafts a natural English comment for the operator to copy by hand.

Instagramの公式Hashtag Search APIで公開投稿を監視し、日本語カードに関する新着をSlackへ通知する個人用ツールです。フォローとコメント投稿は自動では行いません。

• Monitors up to 30 hashtags once per day via the official Meta API.
• Does not auto-follow accounts or auto-comment on other people's posts.
• Hashtag results do not include usernames. The operator opens Instagram manually to review and reply.
• Candidate accounts can be imported from a CSV the operator already obtained through a compliant source.
